TeamLife provides friendly, compassionate at home care for our veterans and their families.  As a full -service agency, we offer medical nursing, non-medical personal care and uniquely designed TeamLife (group) programs.

Our in-home services include: 

  • Household duties:  cooking, cleaning, laundry, pet care, shopping, mail / bill sorting, closet organizing, gardening, errands and doctor appointment.
  • Individual needs:  bathing, hygiene, continence and toileting care, mobility assist, and other activities of daily living.
  • Companionship: outings, walks, talking, games and other activities of interest
  • Medical Nursing:  care coordination with all members of your healthcare team.  We create your personal medical care plan, based on your physician’s orders.  Our nurses are specialized in multiple areas to ensure quality and safe at home recovery, minimizing hospital readmissions.
  • TeamLife also offers, a variety of Care Programs, including a group companion care program CareBnMe.
